UPSSSC Lekhpal Recruitment 2020: Uttar Pradesh govt. is working in full swing since the day the lockdown was lifted partially in U.P. i.e. from April 20th. The recruitment process under the UP Govt. is ready to begin. On April 21st it released UPSSC PCS Recruitment for over 200 posts, and now it will be releasing approximately 5,200 vacancies for the post of Accountant or Lekhpal.
The online application link will be released after the 2nd phase of lockdown gets over, i.e. after 3rd May. The complete details for UPSSSC Lekhpal Recruitment 2020 will be updated on this page shortly with the release of official notification.
There was a ruckus between the Revenue Council and the UPSSSC over the recruitment of Lekhpal/Accountants. Usually, it is the Revenue Council that is responsible for the recruitment of Lekhpal. Ultimately, with a decision of the state government, UPSSSC was given the responsibility to carry out the Lekhpal Recruitment 2020. TheU.P. Govt. had given the responsibility of recruitment to the posts of Group ‘C’ or Group ‘C’ to the UPSSSC and with this, the right to recruit accountants also went to the UPSSSC.

Eligibility Criteria For UPSSSC Lekhpal Recruitment 2020
Interested Candidate Should Have Passed 12th Class Or any equivalent exam with CCC Course. Graduate Candidates from any discipline can also apply for the post of UPSSSC Lekhpal.UPSSSC Lekhpal Selection Process
This would be for the first time that the recruitment for Lekhpal Group C will be made entirely on the basis of the written test. There will not be any interview for this recruitment.
