Shillong Technology Park

• Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma on February 2022 inaugurated the Shillong Technology Park.

• It is a state government project to house IT companies within a single complex.

• It is one of the 300 ambitious projects of the state government, which will be inaugurated 2022 as part of Meghalaya’s Golden Jubilee year.

• It will provide golden opportunity for IT professionals of Meghalaya from across the world to contribute back to their home state.

• The construction of the Tech Park started two years befor and was completed in the record time of 25 months.
