Two new Fossil Flowers in Myanmar


  • The palaeontologists recently discovered two fossil flowers in Myanmar. 
  • The flowers lived by the end of Cretaceous period. 
  • They are some 100 million years old. 
  • The two flowers were Phylica piloburmensis and Eophylica priscastellata.
