UPMRC JE, AM Selection process
AM-For the post of AM the selection methodology will comprise three-stage process – Written Test ,Interview, followed by Medical examination in Aye-one category(A-1).
Jr. Engineers-For the post of Jr. Engineers, the selection methodology will comprise two-stage process – Written Test followed by Medical examinations in Aye-Three category(A-3).
UPMRC JE , AM Exam Pattern
Total No of Questions And Marks-140
1.General English-10 Questions
2.General Awareness-15 Questions
3.Logical Ability-10 Questions
4.Quantitative Aptitude-15 Questions
5.Knowledge of the discipline/trade(Electrical/Electronics)- 90 Questions
Total marks- 140 Marks (Questions of 1 mark each.)
Language Of Written Exam-Exam will be bilingual i.e. English and Hindi.
Total Time-120 Minutes.
Negative Marking-For every incorrect answer, one-third (1/3) mark will be deducted.
Examination Centers-Computer based Test(CBT) will be held at Lucknow, Kanpur, Agra, Prayagraj, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Meerut, Jhansi, Bareilly, Gautam Buddha Nagar(Noida), Greater Noida , Ghaziabad, Aligarh, Moradabad, Mathura and Muzaffarnagar or any other city of U.P. (as per requirement).
