Brazil and Congo become full members of ISA

• Brazil and Congo became full members of the International Solar Alliance.

• Brazil became a full member of the International Solar Alliance. India has handed over the Instrument of Ratification to Brazil.

• India also welcomed Congo into the International Solar Alliance. 

• The Framework Agreement was signed by Raymond Serge Bell, Congolese Ambassador to the Republic of the Congo.

• Congo is now eligible to participate in multilateral efforts involving money, stimulus packages, public policies and research and development.
