Harsh Kumar Bhanwala

• HDFC Bank appointed former NABARD Chairman Harsh Kumar Bhanwala as Additional Independent Director.

• The board at its meeting also approved the appointment of V Srinivas Rangan as the Chief Financial Officer of Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited.

• Harsh Kumar Bhanwala has been appointed for a period of three years from January 25, 2024 to January 24, 2027.
