Women's Asian Champions Trophy 2023

• Indian women's hockey team won the gold medal at the Asian Champions Trophy 2023.

• India defeated Japan 4-0 in the final in Ranchi.

• India won this title for the second time, before this it had won this title in Singapore in 2016.

• Sangeeta Kumari (17th minute), Neha Goyal (46th minute), Lalremsiami (57th minute) and Vandana Kataria (60th minute) scored for India.

• China finished the tournament in third place.

• India hosted the Women's Asian Champions Trophy 2023 in Ranchi from 27 October to 5 November 2023.
