- Previously known as Vande Sadharan during development stages, the Amrit Bharat Express is the latest push-pull train with a top speed of 130 kmph.
- Sporting vibrant shades of orange-grey, it has a loco engine with 6000 HP at both ends – unique ‘push-pull’ technology that allows faster acceleration and travel times.
- While one locomotive pulls the train, the other provides pushing power from the rear.
