New Director General of NSG

• The Central Government appointed Daljit Singh Chaudhary as the Director General (DG) of the National Security Guard (NSG).

• Daljit Singh Choudhary currently serves as the Director General of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB). He has been given additional charge of NSG.

• He replaces MA Ganapathy, who retired on February 29.
