- This year's Fortune Global 500 list features nine Indian companies.
- Five of them are from the public sector (IOCL, LIC, ONGC, BPCL and SBI) and four are from the private sector.
- The Fortune Global 500 list ranks companies based on their total revenues for their respective financial years ending on or before March 31, 2024.
