New Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu

• Udhayanidhi Stalin has been appointed as the Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.

• Four other MLAs of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) took oath as Cabinet ministers.

• The swearing-in ceremony took place at the Raj Bhavan in the presence of Chief Minister MK Stalin.

• He was serving as the Minister of Youth Welfare and Sports Development.
