New President of Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC)

• Abhyudaya Jindal has assumed charge as the President of the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

• The ICC announced his appointment as the new President at its annual plenary session held in New Delhi.

• Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal was the chief guest at the session.

• Jindal is a graduate from Boston University and has a background in economics and business management.

• As the Managing Director (MD) of Jindal Stainless, he has brought about significant reforms in the company.
