- West Bengal won the team championship title with 151 medals including 67 gold, 43 silver and 41 bronze.
- Karnataka finished second with 50 medals. Their swimmers won 17 gold, 18 silver and 15 bronze medals.
- Uttarakhand secured third place with 21 medals including 8 gold, 6 silver and 7 bronze medals.
- Haryana also won 21 medals (6 gold, 10 silver and 5 bronze) but finished fourth as they won 2 gold less than Uttarakhand.
