Vacancy Details
There are a total of 500 vacancies are available for Relationship Manager under the Probationary Officer Program.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Candidates must have completed their education through regular courses (distance education is not considered).
- Candidates must have passed X, XII, and Graduation with at least 50% marks in each.
- Work Experience:
- A minimum of 1 to 10 years of experience in sales is required.
- Age Limit (as of February 7, 2025):
- Maximum Age: 35 years
Probation Period
- Selected candidates will undergo a probation period of 6 months. Confirmation of employment will be based on satisfactory performance during this period.

- Online Test
- An objective test consisting of sections like English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability.
- Total questions: 100
- Maximum marks: 100
- Duration: 1 hour
- Medium of exam: English
- There will be a 1/4th penalty for each wrong answer.
- Personal Interview
- Candidates shortlisted based on the online test will be called for a personal interview.
- Final selection will be based on consolidated marks from the online test and interview.
