• Dhananjay Shukla has been elected President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) for the year 2025.

• He is a commerce and law graduate and a Fellow of ICSI and is working as a Company Secretary in Gurugram.

• On the other hand, Pawan G. Chandak has been appointed Vice President of ICSI for the year 2025.

• He was also the Vice President of ICSI for the year 2024.
