11th Asian Swimming Championships

• India will host the 11th Asian Swimming Championships at the Naranpura Sports Complex in Ahmedabad.
• The event will be held from October 1 to 15.
• The championship will feature swimming, diving, artistic swimming and water polo.
• Swimmers from Japan and South Korea are expected to participate in the continental meet.
• The Swimming Federation of India has announced that it has received in-principle approval from both the Gujarat government and Asia Aquatics to hold the championship.
