Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
1. Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) – General, Finance & Accounts, Stores & Purchase
- Must have passed 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/University.
- Candidates should have proficiency in computer typing speed and knowledge of using computers.
2. Junior Stenographer
- Must have passed 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/University.
- Skill Test Norms: Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute. Transcription: 50 minutes (English) or 65 minutes (Hindi) on a computer.
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and other relevant software is desirable.
Age Limit
- Junior Secretariat Assistant: Maximum 28 years.
- Junior Stenographer: Maximum 27 years.
- Age Relaxation: Applicable as per government rules for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.
