IREL Recruitment 2025: IREL (India) Limited, formerly known as Indian Rare Earths Limited, has released the IREL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 notification to recruit 72 vacancies for various apprentice positions under the Apprentices Act, 1961. IREL Apprentice Eligibility Criteria 2025
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to apply for IREL Apprentice Recruitment 2025:
Educational Qualification
- Trade Apprentices: ITI in relevant trade (e.g., Electrician, Welder, Plumber, etc.).
- Graduate Apprentices: B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Computer Science, Instrumentation, or Mining.
- Technician Apprentices: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, or Mining.
- General Stream Executives: B.Com, BA, BBA, or B.Sc (Geology).
Age Limit (as of 01.01.2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwD: 10 years

Follow these steps to apply for IREL Recruitment 2025:
Register Online:
- Trade Apprentices: Register on the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship portal at www.apprenticeshipindia.org.
- Graduate/Technician Apprentices: Register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal at www.nats.education.gov.in.

IREL Apprentice Selection Process 2025
The selection process for IREL Recruitment 2025 consists of the following stages:
Merit-Based Selection:
- Candidates will be selected based on their marks in the qualifying examination.
- Priority will be given to candidates from land-affected areas, mining areas, and wards of IREL employees.
Document Verification:
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.
Medical Examination:
- Selected candidates must undergo a medical examination and be declared “Medically Fit” by the company’s Medical Officer.
IREL Apprentice Stipend & Benefits 2025
Selected candidates will receive a stipend as per the Apprenticeship Rules, 1992. The stipend rates are as follows:
- Trade Apprentices: ₹7,000 – ₹8,000 per month
- Graduate Apprentices: ₹9,000 – ₹10,000 per month
- Technician Apprentices: ₹8,000 – ₹9,000 per month
