Educational Qualification (as on 01 May 2025):
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) from a recognized university.
- Candidates should have computer literacy.
IDBI Bank Junior Assistant Manager Age Limit
The candidate must be between 20 to 25 years as on 01 May 2025 (i.e. born between 02 May 2000 and 01 May 2005, both dates inclusive).
Age relaxation will be provided as per Government norms:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 to 15 years (based on category)
- Ex-Servicemen and others: as per applicable rules

The selection process includes:
- Online Test (OT) – objective type
- Document Verification (DV)
- Personal Interview (PI)
- Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT)
Final selection will be based on a combined score of OT and PI:
