- Group A consists of Bangladesh, Bhutan and Maldives, while Group B consists of India and Nepal along with Sri Lanka.
- The final of the championship is scheduled for May 18.
- The 2025 SAFF Under-19 Championship is the 7th edition of the regional football tournament for the under-19 men's national teams of South Asia.
