SMFCL Eligibility Criteria 2025
Educational Qualification
- Chief Manager (IT): B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science with minimum 60% marks
- Chief Manager (Legal): Full-time LLB or 5-year integrated Law degree with first division
- Manager (Projects): B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Electrical/Mech/ECE + optional MBA/PGDM (Finance)
- Manager (F&A): CA/ICWA
- Assistant Manager (F&A): CA/ICWA
Experience Required
- Chief Manager (IT/Legal): 13 years executive experience
- Manager (Projects/F&A): 7 years executive experience
- Assistant Manager (F&A): 1 year experience in finance domain
Experience must match the job role; NBFC/PSU/Banking experience preferred for some roles.
