• M.Sc Nursing, B.Sc Nursing (Basic/Post Basic), or Diploma in Nursing Education and Administration (D.N.E.A) degree from a recognized institution (approved by the Indian Nursing Council or Bihar’s Health Department).
• Two years of work experience in the nursing field, with supporting certificates.
• Registration with the Bihar Nurses Registration Council, Patna.”

Pay Scale & Mode of Selection

• Pay Scale: 4800 /-7th Revised Pay Structure Pay Level-8
• Selection Process: For appointment to the posts of ‘Tutor’, the merit list will be prepared as follows:-(i) For marks obtained in B.Sc. Nursing (Basic/Post Basic) or D.N.M.O. Course examination:- 60 Marks
  (ii) M.Sc. Nursing:- 15 Marks
  (iii) For professional work experience as Sister Tutor/Tutor in Government Nursing Schools/Institutions of Bihar State (5 marks per year and maximum 25 marks):- 25 Marks

  Total – 100 Marks

  Note:- No marks will be awarded for vocational experience
