- Devesh Pankaj Bhaiya of Maharashtra and Sandeep Kuchi of Telangana won two gold medals.
- Debdutta Priyadarshi of Odisha and Ujjwal Kesari of Delhi won silver medals.
- 354 students from 90 countries participated in the event held from July 5 to 14.
- India finished sixth in the overall medal tally along with Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Israel.
- This was India's 26th appearance at the IChO, where students have consistently put up impressive performances.
