Small Industries Development Bank of India Selection Process 2025
The selection for Grade-A and Grade-B posts will be held in three phases:
- Phase I: Online Objective Exam (200 marks)
- Phase II: Online Descriptive + Objective (200 marks)
- Phase III: Interview (100 marks, including achievements & awards)
Candidates will also undergo a psychometric test before the interview.
