- 2nd Year – Rs. 45,000/-

- 4th Year (if extended) – Rs. 55,000/-
Additional Benefits:
- Rs. 12,000/- per year as reimbursement (insurance, footwear, stitching, etc.)
- Retention Bonus of Rs. 25,000/- per year (payable at end of 4 years = Rs. 1,00,000/-)
