- Subjects of Nepal, Bhutan, or Tibetan refugees (as per Punjab Govt. eligibility guidelines)

18 to 37 years

- Ex-servicemen: Service period deduction + 3 years
- Govt/PSU employees: Up to 45 years
- Widows/divorcees: Up to 40 years
Educational Qualification
- Passed Senior Secondary (10+2) or equivalent
- Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery
- Registered with Punjab Nursing Registration Council
- B.Sc Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc Nursing, or M.Sc Nursing holders are also eligible
Language Requirement
- Must have passed Punjabi as a subject in Matric or equivalent
- Must pass Punjabi Language Test with minimum 50% marks
