ECL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Eligibility
Candidates interested in applying for the ECL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 must fulfil the eligibility criteria mentioned below:
Education Qualification
- For PGPT: Degree in relevant discipline.
- For PDPT: Diploma in relevant discipline.
- Minimum 50% marks in the qualifying examination (Degree or Diploma).
- Must be registered on NATS Portal and have a valid call letter issued by BOPT.
Other Requirements
- Mobile number on e-Aadhaar must match the one used for NATS registration.
- Must successfully clear document verification.

ECL Apprentice Engagement Procedure 2025
Candidates must follow the below procedure for engagement:
- Report to the Office of the General Manager, HRD, Dishergarh, Paschim Burdwan, WB – 713333 on the date mentioned in the BOPT Call Letter with all original documents and duly filled application/undertaking forms.
- After document verification, successful candidates will be issued a Training Engagement Letter specifying place of posting, date of appointment, and date for contract creation.
- Any discrepancy between documents uploaded on NATS and originals will lead to rejection and possible legal action.
- Candidates must join the allotted place of posting on the date in the engagement letter.
- After joining, a joining letter will be issued, and candidates must report back to HRD for contract creation on NATS.
- An undertaking must be submitted stating no claim for employment in ECL after training completion.
