Educational Qualifications
- For Sl. No. 1 & 2 (Mate & Blaster): 10th/Matric pass under 10+2 system.
- For Sl. No. 3 to 18: ITI passed in relevant trade from a recognized institute.
Candidates with higher academic qualifications like Diploma, B.A., B.Sc., B.Com, B.E. etc., are not eligible.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years

HCL Apprentice Selection Process 2025
The selection of candidates will be based purely on merit:
For ITI Trades (Sl. No. 3 to 18):
- 70% weightage to 10th marks
- 30% weightage to ITI trade marks
For Non-ITI Trades (Sl. No. 1 & 2): 100% weightage to 10th marks
If two or more candidates have the same score, the older candidate will be given preference.
