Eligibility Criteria for HPLNG Recruitment 2025

Educational Qualification & Experience
- Group Manager – Security (E3): Graduate degree with 9 years’ service/industry experience in Security Management. Background in Army/Navy/Air Force/Police/Para-Military preferred.
- Group Manager – Safety (E3): Engineering in Fire & Safety or Engineering with Diploma in Industrial Safety plus 9 years’ experience (2 years in Hydrocarbon sector).
- Manager – Safety (E2): Same qualification as above with 5 years’ experience (1 year in Hydrocarbon sector).
- Group Head – Operations (E5): Full-time engineering degree with 19 years’ operations/maintenance experience, including 10 years in Hydrocarbon sector and 5 years in LNG industry.
- Manager – Civil (E2): Civil Engineering degree with 5 years’ project/maintenance experience.
- Senior Officer – HR & Admin (E1): Postgraduate in HR/Personnel/IR/MBA/MSW with 2 years’ HR & Administration experience.
Age Limit (Maximum)
- Group Manager (Security/Safety): 34 years
- Manager (Safety/Civil): 30 years
- Group Head (Operations): Up to 46 years (relaxable with LNG experience)
