IPRCL Project Site Engineer Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a valid GATE score and an engineering degree in the relevant field. A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in railway projects is mandatory. The maximum age limit is 32 years as of 10th October 2025.
Educational Qualification
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in relevant discipline (Civil/Electrical/ECE/Mech.)
- Degree must be recognized by UGC/AICTE
- Valid GATE Score (last 5 years) required
Experience
Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in Railway projects is required.
Age Limit
- Maximum age: 32 years
IPRCL Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection will be based on a merit system. Marks are allotted to education, GATE score, qualifications, and experience. Engineering degree carries 30%, GATE 20%, extra qualifications 10%, and relevant work experience 40%. Selection will be purely merit-based. Candidates will be evaluated as follows:

IPRCL Salary 2025
