NRL GET Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

The selection for NRL GET Recruitment 2025 will be a two-stage process.

  1. Computer Based Test (CBT): Objective-type test with no negative marking.
  2. Personal Interview (PI): Candidates shortlisted from the CBT will be called for an interview.

The final selection will be based on 85% weightage from the CBT score and 15% weightage from the PI.

NRL Graduate Engineer Trainee Salary Structure 2025

Selected candidates will receive a stipend during training. Upon absorption, they will be placed in the company’s pay scale.

  • GET (E-2 Grade): Stipend of ₹50,000/- per month during training. After training, CTC approx. ₹18.79 Lakhs per annum.
  • AOT (E-1 Grade): Stipend of ₹40,000/- per month during training. After training, CTC approx. ₹15.34 Lakhs per annum.
