Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate Apprentice: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent in Engineering, or a B.Sc, B.Com, B.A. degree from a recognized university. Candidates who have passed in 2023, 2024, or 2025 are eligible.
- Technician Apprentice: Diploma in Engineering or a relevant field from a recognized institute. Candidates who have passed in 2023, 2024, or 2025 are eligible.
- Trade Apprentice: 10th-grade pass with an ITI certification from a recognized institute (NCVT/SCVT). Candidates who have passed in 2023, 2024, or 2025 are eligible.
Age Limit (as on 01/11/2025)
- Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
- Maximum Age limit: 27 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

How to Apply for BHEL Trichy Apprentice Notification 2025
he candidates possessing a Degree in Engineering and meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria may first register in Ministry of Education/GOI portal – https://nats.education.gov.in and note down their 16-digit unique apprenticeship registration number. This 12 – digit apprenticeship registration number is mandatorily required for submitting online application in BHEL portal.
After completing registration in https://nats.education.gov.in portal, the candidates may apply online in BHEL Trichy Portal in the link – https://trichy.bhel.com Apprenticeship Application Portal (THIRUMAYAM). The candidates may refer the instructions listed under Annexure-1 for submitting the application.
Only Online mode of applications will be accepted.
- Candidate needs to upload the scanned copy of the following documents as per the size indicated in the portal:
- Latest colour passport size photograph Candidates Signature 10th Standard / SSLC mark sheet (which will also be considered for proof of date of birth)
- Consolidated Mark Sheet of prescribed Educational Qualification Community/OBC(NCL)/EWS/PwD Certificate. OBC(NCL)/EWS certificate to be as per the latest guidelines of government and in any event not more than one-year-old.
- Aadhaar Card Candidate’s profile home page screenshot (indicating 12 – digit portal registration No.) of Govt. Portal (https://nats.education.gov.in), if applicable.
- Scanned copy of Bank Passbook Front Page as uploaded in the Govt. Portal (https://nats.education.gov.in)
The candidate must have an active e-mail ID and mobile phone number, which must remain valid for at least next one year.
All future communication with candidate will take place only through website/e-mail/SMS alerts.
The candidate must ascertain the correctness of all information before filling in the Online Application Form and its final submission.
