Hornbill Festival

  • This year's celebrations formally concluded with the lighting of a traditional bonfire.
  • Over the past nine days, visitors experienced Naga tribal traditions, ranging from traditional sports and indigenous games to ethnic cuisine and handicrafts.
  • Nagaland and Manipur Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla inaugurated the festival as the chief host.
  • Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio played host on December 1.
