- Navigate to ‘About Us’ → ‘Recruitment’ → ‘Vacancies’ → ‘Current’.
- Click on the advertisement for ‘Deputy Manager (Technical)’ and then ‘Online Application’.
- Follow on-screen instructions, fill the form, and furnish all requisite details.
- Upload scanned documents (Photograph, Signature, Date of Proof, Caste/Category Certificate, Degree Certificate, GATE 2025 Scorecard) in specified formats and sizes.

NHAI Deputy Manager Selection Process 2026
The selection for the post of Deputy Manager (Technical) will be made solely on the basis of the valid GATE 2025 score in Civil Engineering.
- The prescribed qualification is minimum and does not guarantee selection.
- NHAI reserves the right to shortlist candidates for further interaction/interview if the number of applications is large.
- In case of a tie in merit, the candidate older in age will be ranked higher. If the age is also the same, the order of the first letter of the name (in English alphabet) will be used.
NHAI Deputy Manager Salary 2025
Selected candidates will be placed in Pay Level 10 of the 7th CPC pay matrix (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500). They will also be entitled to Central Dearness Allowance (CDA) and other applicable allowances as per NHAI rules.
Service Bond: Selected candidates must execute a service bond of ₹5.00 lakhs to serve NHAI for a minimum period of 3 years from the date of joining.
