Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
- Recognized University/Institute
Minimum Percentage
- 60% aggregate for UR/OBC-NC
- 50% aggregate for SC/ST/PwBD
Year of Passing
- Must have passed on or after 01 April 2023
Age Limit (As on 02 March 2026)
- Minimum: 18 Years
- Maximum: 25 Years
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 Years
- OBC-NC: 3 Years
- PwBD: 10 Years
HPCL Graduate Apprentice Stipend 2026
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend as per Apprentices Act provisions.
