- The ‘School Chalen Hum’ campaign has been launched by Chief Minister Mohan Yadav in Bhopal to promote universal school enrollment and quality education.
- This campaign ran for four days, from April 1 to April 4, with the objective of ensuring that every child attends school.
- Under this initiative, more than 55 districts and over 50,000 villages across the state have been targeted to bring children into classrooms.
- As part of the program, over 5.6 crore textbooks, workbooks, and bridge courses have been distributed to promote education.
- A remarkable increase of 19.6% has been recorded in total school enrollment for the academic year 2025-26.
- An even higher increase of 32.4% has been observed in government schools, reflecting the public's growing confidence in public educational institutions.
- Through the collective efforts of teachers, parents, and the Education Department, a zero dropout rate has been achieved at the primary level.
- Financial assistance has been provided to approximately 55 lakh students for uniforms, bicycles, and educational support.
