NAeL Non-Executive Recruitment 2026: Apply Online for 28 Operator & Junior Assistant Posts
Naini Aerospace Limited (NAeL), a subsidiary of HAL, has released the official notification for 28 vacancies across Operator SS and Junior Assistant posts on Fixed Term Employment (FTE) basis. Selected candidates will be posted at NAeL’s factory in UPSIDA Industrial Area, Naini, Prayagraj for a tenure of four years.

Educational Qualification:
- Operator SS Posts: 2-Year Regular/Full-time ITI (NTC) after 10th Standard in the relevant trade (Electronics Mechanic / Fitter / Electrician).
- Junior Assistant Posts: Full-time graduation in the relevant stream from a recognised university — B.Com/B.Sc/BCA for IMM; BA/B.Sc/BBA/BSW for HR; B.Com/BBA for Finance; BCA/B.Sc Computer/IT for IT — along with a Proficiency Certificate in Computer/Typing/Stenography (minimum 6 months) as applicable. One year of relevant experience is an added advantage.
Candidates with Part-Time / Correspondence / Distance / E-learning qualifications are not eligible. Candidates with higher qualifications than specified will also not be considered.

Selection Process
- Screening on Qualifying Marks — Candidates must have secured the prescribed cut-off in their qualifying examination:
- UR / OBC-NCL / EWS: 60% and above
- SC / ST / PwBD: 50% and above
- Written Test — Shortlisted candidates will appear for a 2½-hour MCQ-based written test at Prayagraj:
Part Subject Questions Part I General Awareness 20 Part II English & Reasoning 40 Part III Concerned Discipline / Trade / Stream 100 Total 160 - Each question carries 1 mark; no negative marking.
- Minimum qualifying marks: 50% (40% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Document Verification — Candidates who qualify the written test will be called for document verification in order of merit, limited to the number of notified posts (category/discipline-wise).
- Pre-Employment Medical Examination — Candidates clearing document verification will be issued a Provisional Offer and must undergo a medical examination. No relaxation in health standards.
Final selection is based purely on Written Test marks in order of merit. TA will be reimbursed to candidates qualifying for document verification as per company rules.
