- According to documents filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the company has entered into a long-term contract to provide massive-scale computing capacity to Google.
- This is considered one of the largest agreements to date in the AI infrastructure sector.
- The contract will be effective from October 2026 to June 2029. Under this agreement, approximately 110,000 Nvidia GPUs, CPUs, memory units, and other high-performance hardware resources will be provided.
- These resources will be utilized for the training, data processing, and operation of advanced AI models that require immense computing power.
- Under the financial terms of the agreement, Google will pay SpaceX approximately $920 million per month in exchange for this computing capacity.
- If the contract continues for the full 33-month term, its total estimated value could reach around $30 billion.
