  • Spanning a total length of 667 kilometers, this greenfield, access-controlled expressway will provide modern and rapid road connectivity linking Delhi with Amritsar and Katra.
  • Designed with future traffic requirements in mind, this state-of-the-art four-lane expressway is built to allow for expansion up to eight lanes if needed.
  • The construction of the inaugurated Packages 1 to 5 incurred a cost of approximately ₹9,680 crore.
  • The project's primary objective is to significantly reduce travel time, ensure safe and seamless commuting, and boost trade, tourism, and regional economic development across North India.
