The declaration spans approximately 45 pages and 140 paragraphs.
- In it, BRICS nations emphasized the need for reforms in the United Nations, international financial institutions, and the multilateral trading system, while advocating for strengthening the voice of the Global South.
- In the economic sphere, emphasis was placed on promoting trade in local currencies, reducing trade barriers, and strengthening supply chains, although no announcement regarding a common BRICS currency was made.
- India proposed the creation of a "Seafarers’ Emergency Support Network" to ensure the safety of maritime personnel, while consensus was reached on advancing initiatives related to climate-resilient, regenerative, and digital agriculture.
- The declaration also addressed issues such as the unequivocal condemnation of terrorism, energy security, Artificial Intelligence (AI), health cooperation, and sustainable development.
- Discussions also covered the situation in West Asia and the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, reaffirming support for the rights of the Palestinian people and the two-state solution.
