Delhi- Punjab ‘Knowledge-sharing agreement’


  • On 26th April 2022, a knowledge-sharing agreement was signed between the Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal and the Chief Minister of Punjab Bhagwant Singh Mann. In Punjab, the state government will be developing 117 schools and mohalla clinics.
  • The agreement was signed so that the states can share and learn experience, knowledge, and skills with each other for the purpose of public welfare.
  • Under this agreement, both governments will be able to receive and send ministers, officials, and other personnel from the other state.
  • Under this agreement, both states will cooperate to frame and implement various public welfare programmes across multiple sectors on the basis of mutual benefit and reciprocity.
