Abhyaas Dharma Guardian

  • India-Japan joint training exercise 'Dharma Guardian' will be conducted from February 17 to March 12 at Camp Imazu in Shiga Prefecture, Japan.
  • The training exercise will enhance defense cooperation between India and Japan. This will further strengthen the relations between the two countries.
  • This is the fourth edition of the joint training exercise 'Dharma Guardian'.
  • Platoon-level joint training on operations in jungle and semi-urban areas is part of this joint training exercise.
  • The Garhwal Rifles Regiment of the Indian Army and the Infantry Regiment of the Japan Ground Self Defense Force (JGSDF) will participate in the exercise.
