Jal Shakti Abhiyan - Catch the Rain 2023

• The President launched the Jal Shakti Abhiyan – Catch the Rain 2023 for sustainability of drinking water.

• This campaign is an attempt to convert water conservation during monsoon season into a mass campaign.

• The theme of this year's campaign is 'Source Sustainability for Drinking Water'.

• President Draupadi Murmu also launched a video on 'Jal Shakti se Nari Shakti' and a commemorative postage stamp.

• He also released the 'Manifestation of Clean Sujal Shakti'. It is a collection of stories from Swachh Bharat Mission - Gramin, Jal Jeevan Mission and National Water Mission.

• President Draupadi Murmu also conferred the Swachh Sujal Shakti Samman 2023.

• The President presented 18 awards under the Swachh Bharat Mission-Gramin, Jal Jeevan Mission and National Water Mission.
