Exercise Agni Daman-23

• A mutual fire fighting exercise Agni Daman-23 was conducted under the aegis of HQ Southern Command on 28 April 2023.

• A total of 56 fire fighting teams including 32 from civil agencies have participated in the exercise.

• Fire Department of Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) Bhawani Peth, National Disaster Relief Force (NDRF), State Disaster Relief Force (SDRF), Fire Department of Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) etc. have participated in this exercise.

• The exercise is conducted in coordination with all fire fighting resources available with military and civilian establishments in Pune.

• All fire drills and procedures were rehearsed and coordinated.
