- His appointment will be effective from January 17, 2024.
- The board of BSE had on December 13 approved the appointment of Pramod Agarwal as Chairman of the Governing Board.
- He will replace SS Mundra, who was appointed as BSE Chairman in May 2022.
- Pramod Aggarwal has served as the Principal Secretary of the Department of Technical Education, Skill Development and Employment and Labor Department of the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
