New Director General of National Testing Agency (NTA)

• Pradeep Singh Kharola has replaced Subodh Kumar Singh as the new Director General (DG) of the National Testing Agency (NTA).

• Pradeep Singh Kharola is a 1985 batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer.

• The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the assignment of additional charge of the post of Director General, NTA, Ministry of Education to Pradeep Singh Kharola.

• Kharola is the Chairman and Managing Director of India Trade Promotion Organisation.
