Nepal became a full member of the International Solar Alliance (ISA)

• Nepal has become the 101st country to become a full member of the International Solar Alliance (ISA).

• Nepal presented its letter of ratification to the ISA in New Delhi on September 9.

• The International Solar Alliance (ISA) is an action-oriented, member-driven, collaborative forum.

• It aims to increase the deployment of solar energy technologies in its member countries as a means of enhancing access to energy, ensuring energy security and promoting energy transition.
