New chairman of Indian Oil

• V Sathish Kumar, who is Director (Marketing), has been given the additional charge of Chairman, Indian Oil Corporation.

• He will also serve as Chairman while continuing in his role as Director (Marketing).

• He has worked in various sectors across the country and has held key positions in IOCL.

• He also has extensive experience of working with multinational oil companies, having served as Non-Executive Chairman of Indian Oil Petronas.
