Group ‘C’ and Erstwhile Group ‘D’	14	12th (+2 stage) with at least 50% marks from a recognized board (50% marks not required for SC/ST/Ex-servicemen). Graduates/Postgraduates are also eligible. Typing Proficiency: Candidates for Clerk-cum-Typist positions must acquire a typing speed of 30 w.p.m in English or 25 w.p.m in Hindi within two years of appointment. 10th pass OR ITI/National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
