- Kaamya Karthikeyan has become the youngest woman in the world to climb the highest peaks of each of the seven continents.
- Kaamya Karthikeyan, 17, is from Navy Children School, Mumbai.
- She has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa, Mount Elbrus in Europe, Mount Kosciuszko in Australia, Mount Aconcagua in South America, Mount Denali in North America, Mount Everest in Asia and the current one in Antarctica.
- On December 24, she and her father Commander S. Karthikeyan completed the Seven Summits Challenge by reaching the top of Mount Vincent in Antarctica.
